Waterproof PU Coating

PU-coated fabrics create a reliable waterproof barrier. Seam construction varies by style — high-frequency welded seams on premium styles, stitched and taped on others. Higher waterproof ratings can be customised, e.g. 10,000 mm hydrostatic head.

Breathable PU Membrane

Selected styles feature breathable PU membrane constructions. Higher breathability or waterproof performance can be customised, e.g. waterproof 10,000 mm / breathable 10,000 g/m²/24h.

Sample fees and lead times depend on the level of customisation required — stock-friendly styles are generally faster, while fully custom OEM samples take longer. PU-coated fabric is generally lighter, softer, and remains more flexible in cold temperatures. PVC is heavier and more rigid but can offer excellent abrasion resistance for high-wear applications. PU rainwear is often preferred for extended wear and active work, while PVC is commonly used where maximum durability is the priority.
