Frequently Asked Questions
Our hi-vis workwear is designed for applications requiring EN ISO 20471 (European), ANSI/ISEA 107 (North American), and AS/NZS 4602.1 (Australasian) specifications. The fluorescent outer fabrics and reflective tapes meet material-level visibility standards. Full garment certification and lab test reports can be arranged according to customer-specific project requirements. Contact our technical team for tender specification matching.
Class 2 provides intermediate visibility for workers in lower-risk environments with vehicle traffic up to 50 km/h. Class 3 offers the highest visibility level, required for high-risk environments with fast-moving traffic (above 60 km/h) or poor lighting. Our DL1431 softshell and DL3014 winter jacket feature Class 3 striping configurations. Browse individual product pages for specific class ratings.
Our hi-vis workwear uses a range of fabrics including 300D Polyester Oxford (winter jackets, parkas), T/C Twill (DL3004), ripstop Oxford (DL3020), and 2-layer / 3-layer softshell fabrics (DL1430/DL1431). Waterproof models feature PU coating with fully seam-taped construction (3,000-8,000mm ratings). Insulation options range from 140-200 GSM quilted lining for climate-specific customization.
