How We Manage Sampling, Production & Quality
Every order follows a structured workflow with multiple quality gates: requirement review, third-party lab testing, pre-production sample approval, bulk production, and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Pre-Production Sample
PPS prepared and approved before bulk. Third-party lab testing available on request.
Raw Material Inspection
Fabric and trims are checked against approved specifications for colour, weight, construction, appearance, and other applicable requirements before cutting. Additional flame-resistance testing can be arranged for applicable FR materials.
In-Line Seam QC
HF welding and seam taping checked during production for waterproof integrity.
Final AQL Audit
Final inspection based on agreed AQL levels, with third-party inspection available when required.
Export Documentation
Compliance docs, test reports, and certificates prepared according to buyer and customs requirements.
