0.35mm PVC (DL1142, DL1140, DL1145, DL1146) — the standard specification for industrial and construction rainwear. Durable enough for daily professional use, lighter and more comfortable than heavier grades.

0.45mm PU/PVC (DL1190, DL1009) — a mid-weight PU/PVC construction offering improved durability and perceived product quality over standard 0.35mm suits.

0.45mm PU (DL1011, DL3024, DL3025, DL3028, DL3030, DL3031) — premium PU-coated fabric with superior elasticity and sub-zero cold flexibility. Significantly outlasts standard PVC gear. The DL3025 features microporous breathable technology (5000mm waterproof / 3000mm MVP) for high-activity environments. All PU models include fabric & tape traceability packages for EN ISO 20471 and EN 343 compliance documentation.

0.60mm PVC T/C (DL1192) — commercial-grade T/C coated construction designed for marine, fishing, and offshore environments where the most demanding waterproof performance is required.

For Latin American markets, the DL1145 (jacket + bib pants) is recommended for mining, heavy fieldwork, and applications where full waist and chest coverage is required. The DL1140 knee-length raincoat suits agricultural, livestock, and general outdoor work where extended coverage without bib trousers is preferred. Both use 0.35mm PVC construction and support Spanish and Portuguese labelling for LATAM import requirements.

The DL1146 includes 5cm reflective tape for improved visibility but is not EN ISO 20471 garment certified. The PU range (DL1011, DL3024, DL3025, DL3028, DL3030, DL3031) includes fabric & tape traceability packages documenting EN ISO 20471 and EN 343 material-level compliance — these are technical compliance packages, not garment-level certifications. Breathable PU uses microporous technology that allows internal moisture vapour to escape while blocking rain, preventing the “greenhouse effect” during active work. The DL3025 (hi-vis yellow/orange, 3/4 length) features 5000mm waterproof / 3000mm MVP breathable ratings. This is ideal for high-activity sectors such as road work, logistics, and municipal services where worker comfort during extended shifts is a procurement priority.

Yes. REACH-compliant materials and 6P-free PVC formulation are available on request for OEM orders across the range. PU models (DL1011, DL3024–DL3031) include fabric & tape compliance documentation. We provide material safety data sheets and relevant compliance documentation to support European import and procurement requirements.
