• Reflective Tape Layout

  Reflective tape is positioned in accordance with EN ISO 20471 requirements. The garment is not currently submitted for EN ISO 20471 garment certification as a standard product. Certification testing can be arranged for OEM orders.

• Fabric Waterproof Performance

  PVC coated polyester fabric provides reliable waterproof protection for outdoor work. Combined with fully taped seams, the construction is designed to keep workers dry during sustained rainfall throughout a working day.

• What is the difference between the 170T and 190T fabric options?

  Both are polyester PVC coated fabrics at approximately 0.18mm. The 170T is more economical and suitable for large-volume project supply or budget-driven PPE programmes. The 190T has a higher thread count, giving it improved fabric stability, a slightly heavier hand feel, and better durability over repeated use — preferred for branded distributor programmes and buyers who want a longer service life. Please specify your preferred fabric when requesting a quotation.

• Is the DL1113 EN ISO 20471 certified?

  The DL1113 features reflective tape positioned in accordance with EN ISO 20471 requirements, but the garment is not currently submitted for EN ISO 20471 garment certification as a standard product. Certification testing can be arranged for qualifying OEM orders. • Why choose a lightweight rain suit instead of a reinforced PVC suit?

  For workers who move frequently between areas, carry tools, climb, or bend throughout the day, a lighter garment makes a practical difference — less fatigue, better movement, and higher compliance rates. Reinforced 0.35mm PVC suits like our DL1142 are better suited to high-abrasion environments, prolonged exposure to standing water, or very rough outdoor conditions. The DL1113 is the right choice for everyday outdoor work where the priority is comfort, visibility, and dependable waterproof protection.

• Can the reflective tape layout be customised for OEM orders?

  Yes. Reflective tape placement, width, and configuration can be fully customised for OEM programmes. We can accommodate different layout patterns to meet specific project requirements, brand specifications, or regional standards.
