OEM Manufacturing Information

Production parameters for distributors, importers, and uniform program buyers

Scalable Production for Global Supply Chains

Jacket programs require more complex development than vests — hood pattern grading, sleeve construction, and pocket reinforcement all affect fit and durability. Our team handles these requirements with experienced manufacturing partners, supporting distributors and corporate uniform buyers from tech-pack to bulk delivery. Advanced embroidery and heat-transfer capabilities ensure precision corporate branding across all garment types.

Fabric testing documentation can be arranged based on customer requirements to support your quality records and tender submissions. We carefully inspect every production batch across raw material, in-line, and final inspection stages, and we welcome third-party inspection at any stage of production.

Prototyping & Development

Full tech-pack development — from initial sample to bulk delivery

Tech-Pack Driven Development

We support full tech-pack development for brand owners and purchasing managers. From initial sampling (10–12 days) to bulk delivery, our team ensures your brand’s specific fit, fabric, and finish requirements are met at every stage. Whether you arrive with a complete tech pack or need our team to develop one from a reference sample, we manage the entire pre-production process.

Our development workflow includes fit sampling, fabric sourcing, color matching, and pre-production approval (PPS) — ensuring specifications are confirmed before bulk production. All specifications are documented and signed off before cutting begins.

Start Your Development Project
1

Tech Pack & Sampling

Submit your tech pack or reference sample. We develop fit samples within 10–12 days, including hood pattern grading, sleeve construction, pocket placement, fabric selection, and color matching.

2

Pre-Production Approval (PPS)

After fit and fabric confirmation, we produce a pre-production sample for final sign-off. All specs — measurements, labels, packaging — are locked before bulk cutting.

3

Bulk Production & Quality Inspection

Bulk production runs 50–60 days. We carefully inspect every production batch — raw material check, in-line stitching inspection, and final inspection including appearance, measurements, and functionality checks. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.

4

Lab Testing & Documentation

Fabric lab-testing reports (waterproof, breathable, tensile strength) could be provided per production. Full QC documentation available for tender submissions and compliance records.

Product Overview

Engineered for high-intensity industrial use in cold-weather environments

Built for Industrial Cold-Weather Work Environments

Unlike a sleeveless insulated vest, the DL3006’s full-sleeve construction and attached drawstring hood extend thermal coverage to the arms and head — the two areas a vest leaves exposed. This makes it the go-to choice for teams working fully outdoors for extended shifts, rather than moving between indoor and outdoor zones. The 180–220gsm high-tenacity Oxford shell with PU coating is built to withstand daily abrasion on job sites — construction crews, freight handling, and outdoor maintenance work all put more wear on a garment than an office-adjacent uniform role would.

For distributors already carrying the DL1016 insulated vest in their range, the DL3006 fills the “full outdoor exposure” tier above it — the two SKUs together cover both the light-layering and the extreme-cold segments of a winter workwear program without overlapping positioning. OEM customization includes Pantone color matching, private label branding, custom size charts, and tech-pack-driven development. Fabric testing documentation can be arranged to support tender documentation and compliance verification.

Key Features

Engineered for industrial winter workwear programs

Thermal Insulation System

Polyester padding (160–200gsm) delivers reliable thermal retention for cold-weather outdoor work environments. Padding weight adjustable to target market requirements.

High-Tenacity Oxford Shell

Polyester Oxford fabric (180–220gsm) with PU coating offers a durable, windproof, and water-resistant outer layer engineered for regular industrial wear.

Full-Coverage Hood & Sleeves

Unlike sleeveless vest-style insulation layers, the DL3006’s attached hood and full sleeves protect the head and arms — critical for teams working fully exposed to wind and precipitation rather than moving between indoor/outdoor zones.

Functional Pocket System

Chest pockets with snap buttons, waist pockets, and arm pocket — configured for tools, devices, and essentials in industrial work environments.

Multi-Stage Quality Inspection

Every production batch undergoes raw material check, in-line stitching inspection, and final inspection including appearance, measurements, and functionality checks. Third-party inspection welcome.

Private Label & Branding

Advanced embroidery, heat-transfer, and woven label capabilities for precision corporate branding. Pantone color matching and custom packaging supported.
